Introducing #notetoself

#notetoself ~ one more time with feeling!

I am having such a pull to returning to blogging?!?! I have made numerous announcements and posts about doing just that - but to little success. There are numerous reasons that I have not continued, one being hemming and hawing about how to express myself and if I am making any sense.  

But I REALLY want to post for ME!!  So I am introducing #notetoself. 

My plan is pictures, dates, and possibly pondering and ramblings about said pictures.  The pieces I am posting today are some of my 'intuitive'/'organic' pieces - intuitive crocheting, intuitive embroidery and I hope to have an intuitive approach to blogging - don't think just do!!!* note new blog banner.

And the 'David nobody cares'  is a collage I did in a book that I made during a 21 day manifestation class (which I hope to share more about here).

Maybe this ever-growing need to start blogging is because I realize how many projects I have participated in and that my only real notation of these endeavors are on social media?!?!? 

More and more I do NOT like these social media platforms and I have found that they are lacking when trying to find dates, etc, I’m not sure if anyone else has these issues however I am finding it more and more frustrating to look at past posts?! And the #hashtags aren’t helping!! (I don’t want this to turn into a rant against social media/meta so…)

So my hope is to return to posting here, for my benefit, a note to self.  And if someone also finds this blog in the endless churning sea of cyber noise and toxic social media, welcome! And please ignore run on sentences and grammatical errors, my intention is to post pictures of current and past projects and arty events and thoughts.  peace
